This place suits me perfectly. It offers excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff kindly brought me a cold drink to beat the heat. Highly recommend it! Coming back for Xmas!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the central station, and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although it would be better with a softer mattress and no elevator access was a hassle with heavy luggage.

Centrally located, short walk to central station, tivoli & tourist info centre.
The area has no affordable parking. Cheapest was 150 dkk per day and quite a distance from hotel. Can't close window as the room is warm, street noise disturb our sleep. The area feels like a red-light district at night. Got robbed at 7.30 am right outside the hotel.

Near the station and it's near the center. The breakfast is OK, i like the pastry.
They don't have elevator. It's hard when you have to bring small luggage better with backpack.

This hotel that has raiting 2 star is simply hostel with a price of 3 star hotel.Bathroom and toilet in the coridor it is so arhaic. I never expirience that kind of poore conditions for last 20 years.
The only good things about this hotel( if the name hotel it is realy can be used), the location. In the centre of the city, 5 minutes walk from central realwaystation. Yes in the ivening and nightes this whole aria is red light district. I would not recommend for families with children.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nevertheless everything was brand-new. The rooms were spotless with shared bathroom kept by the outstandingly accommodating staff. The breakfast was great and complete with jams and ham, for example. The location was magnificent, minutes from Vesterbro.

Nothing, apart from the location
This hotel should not be given 2 stars and the value for money was appalling. The room was small and poorly decorated and furnished- there was no shower or toilet- something that your website failed to point out. After one night we left and went to another hotel. We also met another guest who booked through your website and was equally surprised there was no bathroom in his room. So really it was appalling value for money and it ruined my short break.
